Returns + Exchanges
SNEAKERS:
Since all the sneaker pairs are made-to-order, and handcrafted, we are not able to provide any sneaker exchanges at this time. We encourage our customers to double check their sizes using our Size Guide prior to ordering to avoid inconveniences.
ALL SNEAKER SALES ARE FINAL
APPAREL:
EXCHANGES
If the customer is not 100% satisfied, exchanges are accepted.
RETURNS
If the customer is not 100% satisfied, returns are accepted for full refund.
Returns and exchanges for apparel are accepted for up to 7 days from the day of delivery. Products must be unused, in the same condition as received and with the original packaging.
